Ryan leads our digital, artificial intelligence (AI), data and innovation teams, with a strong focus on driving the adoption of AI at scale across the Group. Prior to joining FWD in 2019, Ryan was Managing Director and Regional Head of Digital for Greater China and North Asia for Standard Chartered Bank, where he was responsible for digital strategy, alliances and marketing, as well as business transformation.
