Nilay has been instrumental in PageGroup's development for over a decade, climbing the ranks through a succession of leadership positions that highlight his career progression and increasing levels of responsibility.

His journey with PageGroup commenced in Singapore in 2008 as a consultant. He relocated to India 2011, where he was part of the pioneer team to launch Michael Page India operations, stepping into the role of Senior Manager. His ascent within the company continued as he was promoted to Director in 2012, followed by Regional Director by 2014. He has left his legacy in India by nurturing a locally hired team who are now senior leaders within our business.

Returning to Singapore in 2016 as Regional Director, Nilay's leadership trajectory reached a new peak in 2018 when he was promoted to Managing Director. His leadership realm further broadened in 2024, with Indonesia coming under his leadership. Throughout his tenure, Nilay has distinguished himself by skillfully navigating responsibilities in varied market environments and conditions.

Nilay's career has been enriched by the opportunity to engage with government entities and the private sector in various countries, broadening my understanding of cultural diversity, the importance of inclusion, and the sense of belonging that is vital for people in their professional and personal lives.
