Nilay has been a pivotal figure in Michael Page's development for over a decade, ascending through a series of leadership roles that underscore his career growth and increasing responsibilities. His journey with Michael Page began in Singapore in 2008 as a recruiter, progressing through various positions including Manager of the Financial Services division.
In 2011, Nilay relocated to India as part of the pioneering team to launch Michael Page India business, advancing to Senior Manager. His rapid ascent continued with promotions to Director in 2012 and Regional Director in 2014. In India, he built a strong locally hired team who are now senior leaders within the business.
Returning to Singapore in 2016 as Regional Director, Nilay's leadership trajectory peaked in 2018 when he was promoted to Managing Director. His leadership expanded further in 2024 to include Indonesia.
Throughout his tenure, Nilay has successfully navigated varied market environments and conditions, distinguishing himself in diverse sectors such as Banking, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Legal, Procurement & Supply Chain, and Healthcare & Life Sciences.
Nilay holds a B.Eng Hons in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
