Zubin is Group CEO of BigPay, a role he has held since early 2023. Under his leadership, he has propelled the business onto an impactful and profitable path, centred on levelling up Southeast Asians lives, one transaction at a time. Today, BigPay has grown to almost 1.6 million customers across Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia.

Prior, Zubin was Partner at The Boston Consulting Group, where he built new digital product and strategies, and drove large-scale digital transformation across banks, Fintechs and large investors mainly in Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam and Malaysia.

Before BCG, Zubin co-founded Tuas Capital Partners, a private equity investor catalysing growth-stage businesses across Malaysia. He also spent time in Hong Leong Bank, executing the strategic agenda–including winning the license for, and setting up, the Vietnamese subsidiary, and aiding Malaysia’s last major retail bank merger. Zubin began his career in KPMG Business Advisory, advising players in emerging & frontier markets on financial risk and strategy

Zubin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from University of Oxford.
