Anna J. Breimer Bharati is a consultant and entrepreneur. She has a diverse background in leadership development, management and entrepreneurship. Her expertise includes leadership power skills, people analytics, teamwork, organizational culture, talent management and the future of organizations. She has worked across cultures and continents, including Northern Europe, North America, North-Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asia, Australia and the Middle East. Her clients are forward-looking corporates, MNCs, startups and scaleups who want to be future-ready.

Anna is the creator of Courageous Teams, a teamwork solution and Tomorrow College, a learning solution for future leaders. She leads her own consulting company The Breimer Group, focusing on People, Leadership, Teams, Talent & Culture in a Future of Work. Previously she was a Senior Expert - Associate Partner with McKinsey & Company in Singapore, where she led the People Analytics work for Asia. Prior to that she worked with Philips in Singapore to develop their growth strategy for the Asia Pacific region. Anna started her professional career as the Head of Innovation for the Jan Snel Group in the Netherlands.

Anna teaches People Strategy at National University Singapore Business School and is an experienced visiting lecturer Nanyang Technological University, INSEAD Business School and University of Southern California – Marshall Business School. She teaches topics related to Strategy, Organizational Behavior and Leadership. She develops her own curriculum on Agile, People Strategy, Leadership Reimagined, Diversity & Inclusion, Leadership Lessons from Sports, Leadership Decision Biases, Skills for the Future, Problem Solving for Leaders and other topics. She creates immersive, engaging learning experiences and simulations, bringing her business expertise to the classroom.

Anna holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD Singapore with an exchange with Kellogg School of Management - Northwestern University in Chicago. She also holds a Master of Science in Architecture and Engineering from Delft University of Technology in which she graduated with honors and piloted the special university minor Technology in Sustainable Development. From the same university she holds a Bachelors of Building Sciences. Anna was voted Most Promising Student of The Netherlands in 2006. Anna has completed the core coaching curriculum for the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as well as the Executive Group Coaching Practicum by the Kets de Vries Institute in London.

Anna is a Dutch citizen. She resides since 2012 in Singapore as a Permanent Resident, together with her American husband and their three children. As location independent workers, they frequently travel and work from various continents for extended periods of time.
