Mr. Forrest Li is Sea's founder and has served as its Chief Executive Officer since its inception in 2009.

Sea Limited (NYSE: SE) is a leading global consumer internet company founded in Singapore. Its mission is to better the
lives of consumers and small businesses with technology. It operates three core businesses across digital entertainment, e-commerce, as well as digital banking and financial technology, known as Garena, Shopee, and SeaMoney, respectively.

Mr Li is a board member with the Singapore Economic Development Board and a member of the National University of Singapore Board of Trustees. He also serves as an independent non-executive director of Shangri-La Asia Limited and sits on the Advisory Council of Stanford Graduate School of Business as Vice Chair.

Mr Li holds an M.B.A. degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
