Feon Ang is the Managing Director, Asia Pacific (APAC), at LinkedIn. She spearheads LinkedIn’s business strategy across Asia Pacific. Feon also oversees the business and performance of LinkedIn Talent Solutions in the region.
An accomplished and award-winning business executive, Feon specifically looks at expanding and accelerating the growth of LinkedIn’s APAC business. Throughout her 10 years at LinkedIn, Feon has delivered consistent results, with a keen focus on driving performance and revenue goals through strategy, sales and cross functional collaboration.
Prior to joining LinkedIn, Feon spent more than 13 years at Gartner in various leadership roles. At Gartner, she served as Regional Vice-President, where she oversaw relationships with strategic client accounts across the APAC region. She was also instrumental in setting up offices in emerging Southeast Asia markets and China.
Throughout her career, Feon has a demonstrable track record of leading organisational transformation, process improvement, team building, and profit/loss enhancement. As one of the first female leaders recognized globally for leadership skills at LinkedIn, Feon is personally passionate about nurturing talent, especially female talent in tech, and takes an active interest in building and empowering high-performance teams to deliver outstanding results.
Feon holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) from the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
