Rich is Schroders' Head of Public Policy for the UK, leading the group's strategy and engagement on all UK public policy issues affecting the group and its clients. Rich joined Schroders in January 2023, having spent over 15 years at the UK Financial Conduct Authority in a range of senior policy making roles.
