Throughout his career, Fernando has navigated the digital and payments industry at all levels, from startups to large corporations. He has held Senior leadership roles at reputable companies such as Lloyds Banking Group, Vodafone Group, Emirates Group, Al Rajhi Bank and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank.

In his role as Chief Digital Officer at ADIB, Fernando is leading the digital strategy and execution across the Group on retail banking, Corporate and Business Banking, subsidiaries and international presence.
