Hello! We are XPERTS, a team of Year 2 design students from Nanyang Polytechnic's Experiential Product and Interior Design (XPID) course. Our team consists of Olivia, the team leader with members Xin Hui and Ryan. Our aim is to revolutionize banking with our 3Rs strategy: Reimagine, Redefine, and Redesign. By integrating Gen AI, we enhance banking with seamless, intuitive and personalized experiences, including festive-themed features like E-Angbaos for Chinese New Year for instance, allowing users to stay connected with loved ones. Our approach is more than just banking- We’re not just a bank, we grow relationships and bring people together.
