Cyrus is a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan – based in Australia – as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for Payments in APAC, Cyrus is responsible for and leads teams across:
- Partnerships & Corporate Development, including all strategic investments for the business – a critical component to our growth in the region.
- Transformation & Execution, a team that leads strategy and providing oversight to our most complex delivery programs
- Strategic Client Governance, responsible for Commercialization, accelerating growth into new segments, and targeting strategically important client wallets

Prior, Cyrus was based out of NYC, as the firm’s global head of Real Time Payments (RTP). He led all faster/instant payments products across the firm’s global footprint, totaling 47+ countries. He joined J.P. Morgan in 2020 to establish and run a global product organization and execute a growth strategy for RTP, one of the firm’s major strategic priorities. Cyrus was also the product executive for J.P. Morgan’s global cash management platform, Graphite.

Before joining J.P. Morgan, Cyrus was a Managing Director with KPMG’s payments consulting practice. He has 10+ years’ experience in payments and cash management strategy, technology, and program delivery; managing global clients across commercial and retail banking, corporates, governments and fintechs. In Australia, this included being the Design Lead for the real time New Payment Platform (NPP).
