Neetha is currently the CHRO for Prudential Singapore. As an HR leader, she believes in leading people agenda from the front - continuously innovating to build high perfoming teams that are diverse, inclusive, rooted in purpose and values. Her life purpose is to help people find their Ikigai and maximise their potential, so they get the most out of life!

She has 20+ years of experience across end to end HR function, as an HR practitioner and Consultant, across varied industries and geographies. Prior to Prudential, Neetha was a Director at PwC, Singapore and New Zealand and led the HR transformation practice. She started her career in ICICI Prudential in India and believes Prudential’s strong innovation and capability development culture brought her back and it's time to pay it forward in her current role.

Neetha holds an MBA in Human Resources and a Bachelors in Sociology (Honours).

In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, traveling and binging on multilingual dramas.
