Kenneth is the Head and Managing Director, Talent Acquisition Advisory for OCBC. He oversees the end to end Talent Acquisition and Sourcing function, responsible, ranging from internships to senior hiring.

He has over 24 years of experience, with 18 years in Talent Acquisition. His career was spent in banks, search firms, startup, including a key role in the first generation Digital Bank in Singapore.

Kenneth graduated from NTU with a Bachelors in Business, HRM, and is also IHRP Senior Professional certified.
