Weena is the Executive Director of the Cambodian Association of Finance and Technology. This association serves as the collective voice of all finance and technology segments in Cambodia to cultivate innovation, education, financial inclusion, and collaboration.

She has held the ED position since the association was founded in 2019 and has been key in its membership growth, strategic partnerships, and initiatives that drive its overall direction.

Weena’s expertise is in strategic operational management, process optimization, and collaborative business models which have been instrumental in driving sustainable growth and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within any organization.
