Jason leads the Infrastructure and Corporate IT teams at Sea Limited. He is also Country Head for Vietnam.

Prior to joining Sea Limited, Jason was a technology policy director at the Ministry of Digital Development and Information, with responsibilities for telco and media, as well as personal data protection, policy before he oversaw government digital service development as senior director at GovTech. In this latter role, he created and ran TraceTogether, the world's first national digital contact tracing system, saving lives and winning several international awards in the process.

Jason graduated with a Bachelor and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, as well as a Master of Science in Management, from Stanford University. He was awarded the Pingat Pentadbiran Awam (Perak) (Public Administration Medal (Silver)) in 2022.
