Ravi Ravulaparthi is the CEO & Cofounder of Qapita which he cofounded in Singapore in 2020 with a vision of ‘Unlocking the Power of Ownership’. In a short span of four years, Qapita has become a leading equity management software assisting progressive businesses in this region (India & Southeast Asia) manage their ownership records i.e. CapTables and employee equity. Qapita manages c.US$16 billion of ESOPs across 2400 companies with 350,000 employees accessing their equity through its platform. Qapita also facilitates liquidity solutions to equity owners in private companies.

Prior to starting Qapita, Ravi was a seasoned investment banker with experience spanning prestigious institutions like the Tata Group, Macquarie, BNP Paribas & Rippledot Capital, with roles based in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Mumbai. His areas of expertise include corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, principal investments, debt financing, and corporate strategy primarily in the technology, media, and telecom sectors.

Ravi is an alumnus of IIT Madras and IIM Bangalore. He is based in Singapore.
