Aaron is the Chief Strategy and Proposition Officer of GoTyme Bank, leading its strategy formulation, product proposition design, pricing, strategic partnerships and strategic finance initiatives, since GoTyme’s inception in 2021. Prior to this, Aaron was Head of Strategy and Special Projects in Tyme Group, leading a variety of strategic initiatives including Tyme’s post-covid strategy, capital raising, and international expansion, including the development of the GoTyme joint venture with the Gokongwei Group. Before this, Aaron was a senior strategy manager at Commonwealth Bank of Australia. He started his career at McKinsey & Company as a consultant in the Greater China and New York officers, focused on corporate finance and strategy. Following his role at McKinsey, Aaron joined ZX Ventures, the in-house corporate venture and incubator of AB InBev, as their Associate Director of Strategy & Finance, to lead their New Business Strategy across China, South Korea and Japan. Aaron graduated from Brown University magna cum laude in Mathematical Finance, and also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
