Sharon Li is the Co-founder and CEO of an insurtech startup called CHOYS - a gamified workplace wellbeing platform that provides insurance,rewards and recognition,and engagement for organisations and their employees.

Prior to CHOYS, Sharon was leading the Innovation Team in Barclays Chief Technology Office where she worked closely with Fintechs, Startups, Universities and Government to incubate innovative solutions. She was named Tech Women 100 and Women in Fintech Powerlist in 2021. Sharon graduated from Warwick Business School with Bsc Accounting and Finance and is also a qualified Chartered Global Management Accountant.
