Stephen Lim is a seasoned executive with over three decades of experience leading businesses across diverse industries in Asia. He has a proven track record of success in both public and private sectors, having helmed publicly listed companies on the Singapore Exchange Mainboard and served as a key executive in prominent organizations.

Prior to his involvement in healthcare startups, Mr. Lim held leadership positions in food manufacturing, FMCG food distribution, health supplements and medical device distribution in China. As CEO of Auric Pacific Group's Food Group, he oversaw the operations of Sunshine Bakery and well-known brands such as SCS Butter. He also served as CEO of Camsing Healthcare Ltd. Additionally, during his tenure as Senior Vice President at Ascendas-Singbridge Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Temasek Holdings, he played a pivotal role in the development of a large-scale food zone between Singapore and China.
In recent years, Mr. Lim has focused on healthcare innovation. He has spearheaded the establishment of Lion TCR Pte Ltd and BioCheetah Pte Ltd, startups leveraging licensed technology from A*STAR's IMCB to develop cell therapy technologies and diagnostic tools for bladder cancer.

Currently, Mr. Lim serves as the CEO of FathomX Pte Ltd, a medtech spinoff from NUS. FathomX is dedicated to developing AI-powered solutions for medical imaging, with an initial focus on breast cancer detection and diagnosis.
