Currently, Hatem is the Group Head of Innovation and Transformation in a leading Financial Institution in the Middle East, where he scales up strategic Innovations, implementing digitization, automation, platforms, APIs, Blockchain and A.I. initiatives.Previously, Hatem has worked for many years in Europe in a top leading Management Consulting firm, in many business fields such as e-Commerce, Asset Management and Banking.

Hatem holds a Master of Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique (France) and a M.B.A. from INSEAD.
