Mr. Temuulen Batmunkh graduated from Atlantic International College (UK), Jönköping International Business University (Sweden), and Simon Fraser University (Canada) with a BA in Business Administration. He holds a Master's in Banking and Finance from Queen Mary University of London (UK).

Temuulen has worked as a financial analyst at Energy Resources LLC, a senior investment analyst at MCS Holding LLC, a CEO at Ashid Capital NBFI LLC, and as the head of the research and development department of the M project. Since August 2022, he worked as the Deputy CEO of M Bank, and from July 1, 2024, he was promoted to Acting CEO.
