Ms Esther Chang is currently serving as the Executive Director of the UN Global Compact Network Singapore (UNGCNS). With a strong commitment to promoting corporate sustainability in Singapore and the surrounding region, she spearheads initiatives that drive positive change. In her role, she plays a pivotal role as a bridge between UNGCNS and the United Nations Global Compact, fostering collaboration and impactful partnerships.
Throughout her career, Ms Chang has consistently pursued impact-driven work, harnessing the power of communities and resources to amplify the scope of her endeavours and catalyse positive societal change. She actively advocates for multilateral partnerships that facilitate responsible investment and scalable sustainable solutions. She has garnered valuable experience across diverse markets, including Asia, Europe, and North America.
Ms Chang's professional accomplishments include being an Acumen Fellow, highlighting her commitment to social impact and being a CFRE International-certified fundraiser for NGOs. She holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Life Sciences from Queen's University in Canada, as well as post-graduate degrees in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge in the UK and Fundraising and Volunteer Management from Humber College in Canada.
