Mr Neeraj Kulshrestha is the MD and CEO of NSE IFSC Clearing Limited (NSEICC) at GIFT City, Gandhinagar.

NSEICC is a wholly owned subsidiary of NSE Clearing Ltd. As a Central Counterparty, it is responsible for Clearing, Risk Management and Settlement of all transactions executed on NSE IFSC Exchange for all products. It is regulated by International Financial Services Centres Authority.

He has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Delhi University and an MBA (Finance) from Indore University. He has over 35 years experience in financial sector, across Securities Markets and General Insurance.

He started his career in National Insurance Company in 1988. He joined NSE in 1995 and has worked in various functions including Equity, Member Compliance, Derivatives Trading and Clearing. He was the MD and CEO of the NSE index company (IISL) and data company (Dotex) in 2003. He joined Morgan Stanley India in 2005 and was Executive Director heading India Operations. He joined BSE in 2015 and has handled various leadership roles across Operations, Business and Compliance. He joined NSE IFSC Clearing in Jul 2023.
