Joewin Tan

Joewin Tan began her career in banking and management consulting after graduating from the Australian National University. At 25, she started her entrepreneurial journey and has since founded and led four multimillion-dollar companies, including HUONE Singapore, a renowned creative meeting and event space. In 2021, she founded Quant Consulting Group, evolving it from an SME lending business into a cash flow consultancy that helps SMEs become bankable. Joewin’s expertise and passion for entrepreneurship have earned her multiple awards and speaking engagements on topics such as entrepreneurship, resilience, and women empowerment, including at ITB Asia. In her spare time, she mentors young entrepreneurs and serves as Vice Chairperson of the PassionWave Advisory Committee under the People's Association.
