Jaz has over 15 years of IT MNC experience. She is a Director of Paypal in the CEO office. She is in charge of strategic initiatives in Europe and Australia regions. Having also worked in Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Oracle, Jaz is fluent with workings of sales, marketing, business operations, sales transformation, data analytics, compliance, change management and sales incentives. She has spent her career building high performance teams across Europe and APJ to deliver the objectives of senior management in an era where change is the only constant. This is a summary of her skills and achievements. ● Directed large scale transformational projects: o Managed HP's split into two Fortune 500 companies o Led Anaplan adoption for the APJ region within a year ● Negotiated margin-based pay based on pricing from sales ● Headed a joint sales and finance planning committee to align on revenue objectives. ● Designed analytics dashboard, provided insights, removed obstacles and drove efficiencies, enabling sales to perform. This led to consistent overachievement of revenue targets year on year ● Designed and implemented competitive blitz for sales at APJ level resulting in at least 20% increase in revenue ● Designed incentive plans and managed sales compensation to enable the organisation to drive revenue in strategic directions and retain sales people ● Provided on time analytics and provide regular insights to drive revenue and gain operational efficiencies ● Tailored comprehensive onboarding to allow new hires to overcome the learning curve ● Rolled out data retention, PDPA, audit and compliance ● Sourced appropriate tools to transform business in HP and due to Covid-\`19 taken a decision on a suitable e-voting tool for INSEAD Alumni Association in her capacity as a Secretary responsible for compliance and legal matters In her free time, Jaz is an Entrepreneur in Residence with INSEAD, whose mission is to increase the number of successful entrepreneurs amongst their students. A start￾up mentor with Tsinghua X-Lab, Jaz conducts bootcamps, reviews pitch decks, and works to connect entrepreneurs to venture capitalists and consultants. She is also involved with Oman and National Technology University of Singapore Business School initiatives to mentor Oman’s business proposal finalists. Outside of work, Jaz aims to empower her employees to proactively embrace opportunities, lead with confidence, and thrive in everything they do. Throughout her professional and voluntary board roles, Jaz has made it a point to organise events on career development, diversity and inclusion, work-life balance, and financial planning.
