Her background includes roles at Visa, where she managed product development and set up the Digital & Strategy Practice. Shalini has extensive experience in financial services, including positions at prominent institutions like Standard Chartered, HSBC, and JP Morgan Chase. She is a member of Mensa, the Singapore Institute of Directors, and has a patent in payments. Additionally, she holds advisory board roles at Ray of Hope and Merchant Risk Council APAC, invests in women-led startups, and advises an Open Finance startup.
