With over 17 years in R&D and innovation management, I am an expert in Industrial FinTech (Web3, Blockchain) and the P2P economy. Holding a Master’s in Economic Cybernetics and postgraduate qualifications in Economics and Finance, I've successfully spearheaded over 50 R&D projects and initiated three international tech startups.

As co-founder and CEO of 482.solutions, I’ve led the development of pivotal Web3 and blockchain solutions for Green Energy, Green Finance, and Sustainable Value Chain sectors. Our work enhances ESG data traceability and sustainable digital asset management within the "Internet of Value".

I also co-founded Electrodo, a Web3 platform for ESG data, asset, and risk management, helping companies and investors create sustainable value and improve the efficiency of sustainable capital allocation. By addressing ESG data availability, integrity, and reliability issues, Electrodo streamlines the ESG asset management. Electrodo has been recognized by EUREKA (world's biggest public network for international cooperation in R&D and innovation, present in over 45 countries), Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore (SEAS), Microsoft Innovation Center for Sustainability Solutions (MICSS) Singapore, i4Trust, Hyperledger, and Web3 Foundation (Polkadot ecosystem).

I’m an Ambassador for the Global Blockchain Business Council (GBBC), member of the European Blockchain Association’s ESG Working Group, a founding member of the Industry 5.0 Committee within the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance, and a contributor to the Linux Foundation Hyperledger Ecosystem. These roles allow me to shape visions and initiatives in Industry 5.0, ESG, and blockchain, furthering innovation and sustainability in each domain.

In the innovation ecosystem, I’ve participated in the i4Trust Innovation Program through the Blockchain4ESG project, focusing on ESG data management and value creation for the Food and Agriculture Industry. I’ve engaged in the DigitalEurope Grant Program via the TRUST-FOOD project, a pan-European initiative enhancing digital skills for blockchain applications in the Agri-Food supply chain. I’m also involved in EUREKA’s GlobalStars-Singapore Call, promoting sustainable living for public housing residents in Singapore.

I also lecture on Digital Economy and Blockchain technologies at various universities and organizations, including the Singapore Institute of Technology, Hennadii Udovenko Diplomatic Academy Of Ukraine (Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine), National Aerospace University H.E.
