Ernst is the Chief Commercial Officer of Flo Energy Singapore, the largest independent electricity retailer in Singapore. Ernst and Matthijs co-founded Flo in 2020 to drive clean energy transition in Singapore by offering businesses with affordable and 100% renewable electricity. He fostered a customer-centric culture throughout the organisation, resulting in strong relationships with customer and tremendous business growth in just three years. Prior to Flo, Ernst held a leadership role at AkzoNobel, overseeing a team of over 100 commercial professionals in 23 countries across Asia-Pacific.
