Sabrina Ooi is the co-founder & CEO of Calm Collective Asia, an organisation with the mission to normalise mental health in Asia.
As a thought leader in workplace mental health & wellbeing, Sabrina partners global companies to foster psychological safety at work and support employee wellbeing. Clients worked with include Spotify, Taylor & Francis, IHH Healthcare, and Zuellig Pharma.
In working with the broader community, Calm Collective’s flagship mental well-being programs include the Calm Circles peer support program, Peer Support Facilitator Training, and the CalmCon well-being festival. Calm Collective is a partner of the SG Mental Well-being Network, PAP Mental Health Workgroup, and National Youth Council in Singapore.
She is a mental health expert by experience, having achieved personal recovery and well-being through her journey with bipolar disorder.
Prior to starting Calm Collective, Sabrina worked in the software and marketing industries, and was a professional DJ in the region’s top nightlife establishments.
