Dr. Mark Shmulevich is a technology innovation leader with over 15 years of experience in technology business, investments, and ecosystem development.
He currently leads Aloniq, an early-stage venture investment firm, and Zimin Institutes, a global network of research commercialization institutes.
He has previously served as Chief Strategy and Operations Officer at Acronis, a data protection and cybersecurity unicorn company (majority stake acquired by EQT). He then continued his career in scaling software businesses before turning to deep tech investments and venture building.
Mark holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and authored dozens of patents. He was a Global Shaper of the World Economic Forum (WEF) and is certified as Independent director by INSEAD.
